Most natural diamonds are formed (and refined) at high temperature and pressure at depths of 140 to 190 kilometers (87 to 118 mi) in the Earth's mantle. Carbon-containing minerals provide the carbon source, and the growth occurs over periods from 1 billion to 3.3 billion years (25% to 75% of the age of the Earth).

Due to life and recent exposures of all too common happenings, many conversations have started. Tensions are high and while some people are very vocal, others aren't sure what to say and if they even have a right to say it... There have been countless uses of propaganda to justify why the "other" and specifically Black people are worthy of less (Example: Noah and the curse of Ham). At this time, with our tools and platforms we must realize the opportunity to refine our HUMAN culture lies in our everyday conversations with OURSELVES in addition to others.
