"most guidebook history is written from the editor's perspective"
Reality is at best defined by one's experience of the world and life itself. At its most common it is defined by a perceived and projected perspective. We view things the way we are taught or guided to. Until something drastically challenges that view we are incapable of witnessing any other truth. As I explain subjective truth to my three year old I am amused to see his brain recognizing the limitless possibilities. However, for most adults the idea that two (or more) opposing sides are simply speaking truth, truth being synonymous with reality and in turn aligned with perspective, falls challenging. Logically we all know this, so why talk about it? Ah, the point aka juice. Well, we are a world apart, we are many parts, disconnected but woven. I imagine threads of a sweater fighting each other. Itchy to say the least. Useless for sure. Or maybe that friction creates its shape. Perspective will lead you to your personal truth with that one...
the world or the state of things as they actually exist, as opposed to an idealistic or notional idea of them.
"he refuses to face reality"
synonyms:the real world, real life, actuality...

"youth, when death has no reality" , "she turned her dream into a reality"
There is that saying 'if you can dream it, you can do it'. Like a projector, the vision itself is inward, dark, invisible to most, in fact- upside down and non-discernable. Then through illumination and energy, voila! But the projection is the falsehood. In fact the film itself is but a captured projection of the original vision the photographer saw inwardly, before anyone else could verify it... SO... in the end what is more substantial, the origin of concept or the projection of it? It is possible that reality is really defined by all our projections compromising space with one another? That our communal reality is defined by those with the strongest vision and resolve? How much more individually responsible for our current state of life would we be? How much more opportunity would we create? With death, we only qualify the perspective of the living witnesses of it, so that perspective is not only one dimensional, but the "reality of death" itself is defined by those who've never experienced it. Talk about projection! But back to the "land of the living"... Before most even leave their front door they decide what kind of day they're going to have. They plan it mentally, project it and live it out like their own short. They foresee its ending and some spend half the day focusing solely on when they finally retire for the evening. Even if they leave it to chance, are they subconsciously creating a mess of a day or consciously creating a wondrous day full of synchronicity? I ask simply, what is more believable, an image disconnected from its projection or a vision of a projected dream?
